Bucerias
is a small town north of Peurto Vallarta that can
be reached by car or by bus. A bus ride takes about
30 minutes and costs 10 peso's which is less than
a dollar. It is very quaint and also being developed
with high end condo's and homes. The beach is fantastic
and there are several very good restaurants in the
area such as Marks restaurant and also down the street
Sanbrina's. Both are excellent and highly recommended.
We
went to Mark's restaurant in Bucerias, for dinner.
We had a great meal and enjoyed our dinner with Anne
and Paul. They make great margaritas and also seafood
linguini. One of the best that I have ever had and
quite reasonable as well.

Desert
and after dinner drinks. What a great combination!
.
As
I mentioned the beach is truly wonderful with soft
sandy beaches that go on for miles. Of course there
are numerous small bars and hotels along the way
to visit. The tide was out when we were there. You
can wade out easily 50 feet or more into the water
and enjoy the waves!

These
two pictures were taken at Sandrinas restaurant in
Bucerias. A beautiful outdoor restaurant with entertainment
with a Mediteranean menu. This is a very popular
place and reservations are most definitly needed.
.
Beaches
in Bucerias boast several restaurants and beach bars.
Nothing better than a cold beer under a palapa along
the ocean. Water was about 85F and you can wade out
at least 100 feet into the water.
