Earth Friendly Products
By Aaron, Fri Dec 9th

There are many really cool Earth Friendly Products onthe market today that are in need of a little exposure.

Think of an expensive, fully applianced home on a pristine lakewith a gleaming metal rooftop covered by solar panels. If youlook closely the windows on this house are sensitive to lightand turn in color like expensive sunglasses. You see a rainwaterharvesting system attached to a gutters downspout tube supplyingbeautiful rain gardens and goldfish ponds with greywater. Goahead, walk down the lush green lawn (that is naturallyfertilized with compost) to the waters edge. The lake is cleanand the air smells fresh because this entire community adoptedthe many earth friendly products that aid in environmentalrenewal. The people here didn’t do it because of governmentintervention either; these people embraced new environmentaltechnologies

because they are popular. Instead of competing withthe neighbors by purchasing large SUVs these consumers arebuying popular efficient cars that run on the many newalternative fuels available.

Can you imagine a world like this where consumers buy earthfriendly products because they are the latest and greatestgadgets to have? Who says things like solar panels, rainwaterharvesting, sustainable development, off the grid living andother earth friendly products and technologies are not cool?
